Our client is looking for a Customer Service Administrator who must be a French speaker with fluent German also. Duties of this role will include:
 
· Receive incoming calls
· Assist with new customer’s enquiries
· Process orders received via the telephone, fax, e-mail or internet
· Be proactive in the area of Customer retention
· Use various internet sites to resolve parcel queries
· Use of excel spreadsheets
· Provide customer support to new and existing customer.
· A good understanding of the Company’s products and business structure.
· Promote the Company at events abroad
· Offer support to all areas of the business.
· Assist the Company in maintaining its goal of World Class Customer Service.

An expanding medical communications agency is currently recruiting for Editorial Manager.

The company has offices in London and Kent and has been massively successful in new business wins. They are currently seeking an Editorial Team Leader for each office..

As Editorial Manager you will be responsible for the running of the Editorial Team in your office. You will also take part in client meetings where you will take briefings and assist in pitches. As The Team Leader you will also be responsible for mentoring and developing your team of Medical Writers.

To be considered for this role you will need to have PHD or 1st in Chemistry or Bio Science. If you are at Senior Medical Writer level and looking to take the next step up in your career this could be the perfect opportunity.

Sales Ledger/ Accounts Assistant

Based in Cambridge my client is looking for an Accounts Assistant/ Ledger Clerk to join the small existing team.

The role will involve raising invoices but also some investigation work.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

Strong customer service and good communication skills.

Billings experience.

Used to working closely with customers via telephone and face to face.

Ideally some experience of working within an educational finance environment.

Good Excel skills. Full training will be given on the company's own in-house systems.

The role is temporary for approximately 2 months but could become permanent.
