E-passport controller required by prestigious Cambridge-based organisation
Applicants must have the following skills and experience:
- BSc in computer science or computer engineering
- Proven record of academic achievement
- 5-7 years experience in architecting solutions for government
- Must have successfully technically managed a solution for E-Passport
- Expert knowledge in implementing E-Passport in one country, this knowledge in personalization of e-passport includes- ICAO standard for e-passport, security and authentication (e-passport PKI infrastructure, passive authentication, basic access control, active authentication, extended access control)
- Using biometric and facials in e-passport compliant with ICAO
- Experience in ICAO public key directory
- Experience in different booklet security (UV, micro text etc)
- Printing equipment for e-passport from any vendor
- 3+ years Oracle database experience
- Programming experience in: NET
- Project management experience highly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
