Senior Manager and Project Leader required with PhD in a scientific subject and at least ten years in a rapidly changing high tech company.

You will be an excellent communicator able to co-ordinate differing disciplines within a dynamic organisation focussing on achieving best display performance through integration of platform unit processes and materials.
You will provide line management, propose and manage annual performance targets, capital and expense budgets.
An excellent communicator is essential for this role and ability as a people manager is an important requirement.
