Job purpose is to drive material performance improvements of Blue White and Red Green polymers through fundamental understanding of degradation and photochemical properties.
Use device performance results to further improve understanding of material property correlations to build on current design rules and propose optimisation of monomer/polymer formulations to obtain maximum device performance from new cores.
Requirements are:
- PhD in Physical Organic Chemistry,
- Relevant track record in RD in High Tech industry
